Home / Book Clubs
The library hosts a variety of book clubs and other monthly groups. It’s a great way to meet friends, enjoy an evening of book-worship or book debate, discuss STEAM, and more. Take a look at everything we have to offer. Each club has a moderator-librarian who’d be happy to get you reading or meeting up in no time.
Book Clubs are about challenging yourself to read books you wouldn't normally pick up to read. This book club challenges it's members to read any book fitting the category listed, and to prepare a short "teaser" that is just a few lines about the book to share with the group.
Do you love suspense and mystery? This book club is perfect for those readers who like to figure out who did it. Everyone is welcome and books are provided.
A book discussion just for guys, led by guys. If you want to stretch your reading habits and discuss various books with interested readers, this is the book group for you. Each month a different person selects a book to discuss. Everyone is welcome and books are provided.

Writer's Rendezvous is open to all writers -from those just picking up a pencil to published authors. We believe that writing is infinitely easier and more enjoyable with support from a writing community. Rather than a class or a workshop,
we are a writing support group - offering encouragement, inspiration and motivation.
Delve into ideas about Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics with other adults as this discussion group digs into diverse topics that affect everyday life.
Explore Your 4th Friday is a program series that explores different topics of interest each month. Frequently the programs are hand on learning. The series began in 2016 and has explored a wide range of topics: sewing, gardening, yoga, wearable technology, painting, foam props, solar radios, pyrography, microbrewing beer, plaster casting, essential oils, electric pressure cookers, drones, air fryer and more.
Help each other find the next great read by recommending one book every week in this low pressure book club. Join the fun by either filling out the form online or by posting on the library Facebook post every Tuesday @ 10 am.
Keep it simple: Title & Author.
